BUILDING MORE MUSCLE
One of the most popular training techniques to build muscle is PHA Training (Peripheral Heart Action). This method works as an all-in-one training program that burns fat, boosts cardio and builds muscle all at the same time.
To PHA train, choose five-to-six low intensity exercises that include both upper and lower workouts. Alternate between the upper and lower by completing 15 reps of each maneuver before moving onto the next (but without any breaks—at all!). Implement PHA and you will surprisingly gain more muscle.
The University of São Paulo performed a study that showed PHA as effective in growing bigger biceps and a rock solid core. Former Mr. Universe, Bob Galda swore by PHA Training—and he beat out Schwarzenegger!
