George Thorogood & The Destroyers at The Pearl

Rock legends George Thorogood & The Destroyers are returning to Las Vegas

for a special performance at the Pearl Concert Theater inside Palms Casino Resort on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 8 p.m.  Tickets start at $26 (plus tax and applicable fees) and go on sale Friday, January 20, 2017 at 10 a.m.


Opening March 30, 2017, MAGIC MIKE LIVE LAS VEGAS will recreate the mythic Club Domina as a cabaret nightclub space inside the Hard Rock Hotel, which is being fully redesigned to capture the magnetism of the Magic Mike franchise.

The state-of-the-art venue is designed with the capabilities to house a show that features 13 of the hottest and most talented men in the country performing in front of, behind, above, and all around the audience.

Copper Whisk Café is Now Open at The Orleans

The Orleans Hotel and Casino announced the opening of Copper Whisk Café, a stylish new dining concept serving up breakfast classics and down-home comfort food 24 hours a day.  Copper Whisk’s menu features breakfast favorites, lunchtime staples and more, with unique New Orleans flair sprinkled throughout.  

Breakfast is served all day, with a variety of omelets, griddle specialties, breakfast pastries, and specialty dishes on the menu.  For lunch, The Orleans’ famous chicken and sausage gumbo returns to the menu, accompanied by new dishes like BBQ pork fries, crisp waffle-cut fries with house-smoked pulled pork, cola BBQ sauce, and cheddar cheese sauce.  Also featured is The Orleans Clubhouse sandwich, The Orleans’ version of the classic club.  Copper Whisk is the latest dining concept to debut at The Orleans, following the opening of Bailiwick – The Hub of Bites, Sips and Sounds – in November 2016. 

Raiding The Rock Vault

Opening March 11, 2017, Raiding The Rock Vault

brings the history of rock ‘n’ roll to life inside Vinyl, featuring classic anthems by the biggest acts in music including The Rolling Stones, The Who, The Doors, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Boston, U2, Foreigner, Bon Jovi, Whitesnake, and many more. The show tells the story of classic rock from the 1960s to the 1980s and is performed by members of some of the greatest rock bands in history.

Konami Gaming, Inc. hosted the world’s first “Frogger” skill-based gaming competition on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 18th and 19th at Vegas’ new entertainment lounge, LEVEL UP at the MGM Grand.  Similar to the iconic arcade classic, participants had to safely navigate Konami’s beloved Frogger® character through the road and river crossing course to increase scores and win cash prizes.  Frogger’s first skill-based gaming machine, “Frogger: Get Hoppin’™,” opened for play at LEVEL UP on Wednesday, Feb. 15th. 


Renowned Prince tribute artist Jason Tenner takes on the role of the iconic performer in “Purple Reign, The Prince Tribute Show” at The Westgate Hotel and Casino.  General Admission ($49.47 plus service charge), VIP ($69.82 plus service charge), Nevada Resident ($19.99 plus service charge).  Tickets for Nevada Residents are only available for purchase at the Westgate Box Office.

Night Ranger and Survivor Play NASCAR Weekend

Night Ranger and special guest Survivor will perform NASCAR Weekend in Las Vegas at the 14th Annual RaceJam concert at Fremont Street Experience on Saturday, March 11 starting with Survivor at 8 p.m. followed by Night Ranger, both on the 3rd Street Stage.  

The annual downtown concert is held in conjunction with NASCAR Weekend, which features the Boyd Gaming 300 NASCAR Xfinity Series race on Saturday, March 11 and the Kobalt 400 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race on Sunday, March 12, both at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
All concerts are free and open to the public and parking is available at the Fremont Street Experience parking garage located at Carson and 4th Street.
